Description

Summary

Great Beginnings Early Learning Center is seeking warm, patient, and nurturing Teachers and Teacher Assistants to join our Infant and Toddler Program! We are a faith-inspired early learning environment that values professionalism, teamwork, and a genuine love for young children during their most important developmental years.

In these roles, you will help support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of infants and toddlers through responsive caregiving, engaging interactions, and a safe, structured classroom environment. Teachers and Assistants work together to create a nurturing atmosphere where children feel secure, supported, and encouraged to explore the world around them.

Daily routines such as feeding, diapering, playtime, music, story time, and early learning activities are approached intentionally to foster connection, communication, and early developmental milestones. Staff members also partner closely with families to ensure each child’s individual needs are understood and supported.

If you are passionate about early childhood education, dependable, patient, and excited to make a meaningful impact during a child’s earliest years, we would love to meet you!
