This is an unparalleled Career opportunity to join the fastest growing Sales Team in the DFW and surrounding areas with our Full Service My Flooring America Costco Division Flooring Sales position.

We earn Costco Member’s trust by providing a unique buying experience with our Mobile Showrooms to bring the Samples directly to their homes and providing peace of mind to Costco Members with a lifetime installation warranty.

We have an open territory providing 40-50 qualified leads per month with a close-rate history over 50%. Our commission system is uncapped providing top performers with the ability to control their income. 

Duties

• Performing In-Home Appointments creating job scopes and estimates
• Community engagement for prospecting and networking
• Participating in continuing education programs
• Maintaining proper customer files and business records

Requirements

Proven experience in the flooring industry, including job scoping

Ability to utilize technology for estimating and order processing

Good driving record and pass background check and drug test
