Duties

What You’ll Do

• Create fun and age-appropriate lesson plans
• Help children learn through play, creativity, and exploration
• Maintain a positive, structured, and safe classroom environment
• Engage actively with toddlers and young children throughout the day
• Communicate with families about their child’s development and progress
• Support children of all backgrounds and abilities

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to their schedule
• Actively engaged with children and enjoys working with toddlers and preschoolers
• Able to manage a classroom with kindness, patience, and structure
• Professional and attentive while working (personal phone use is not permitted during classroom hours)
• A positive team player who communicates well with staff and families

Requirements

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience working in a childcare or classroom setting preferred
• Ability to create and lead educational activities and lesson plans
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors and participate in physical activities with children
• Must meet state childcare licensing requirements
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
