We are currently looking for teachers who have experience working in the child care setting, however we would consider someone looking to change careers and begin their early childhood education career!
Experience with responsive caregiving is a plus.

Common Ground believes in fair wages! The position starts at $17 per hour and goes up to $25 based on education and experience.
The shift is a closing shift from 10am to 6pm with a 30 minute paid break!
Care and education of children ages 16 months to 3.5 years old in our toddler program. We have three toddler classrooms as a part of this team and it's the foundation of our program! The first 3 years are some of the most important in a child's life and development. Be a part of shaping the future!
This position will serve the infant room which requires the ability to be a member of a team who is focused on individualized care.
Our center practices responsive caregiving.
Hours for this position will be 10am until 6pm Monday through Friday with a 30 minute paid break.
Experience working in an infant classroom and in a child care center.
Familiar with the CLASS tool.
