Summary

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing Admissions & Enrollment Recruiter to join our team at Peachtree Academy, a private Pre-K through 12th-grade Christian school. This role focuses on building relationships, generating referrals, and representing our school in the community. You will collaborate with internal school programs, local organizations, sports teams, preschools, parents, and community partners to connect families with our Christ-centered educational programs. This role is key in taking our school to the next level by actively engaging families, community organizations, local schools, and internal referrals. The ideal candidate thrives in a relationship-driven environment and is passionate about promoting the value of a Christ-centered education that offers a college-preparatory school experience. Duties

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal school programs, including our Early Childhood Centers, to encourage referrals.
  • Develop partnerships with local sports teams, community organizations, the Chamber of Commerce, and other schools.
  • Solicit and manage parent referrals and alumni networks to generate leads.
  • Attend community events and outreach opportunities to promote the school.
  • Track, follow up, and report on prospective student inquiries and referrals.
  • Collaborate with admissions and marketing team members to develop targeted outreach strategies.
  • Assist families throughout the enrollment process, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Plan school events to help with retention and recruitment
  • Work with FACTS software to manage accounts and Google Docs to maintain alumni records

Requirements

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred (education, communications, marketing, or related fields).

1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, enrollment, or customer service; experience in education or nonprofits preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Comfortable engaging with parents, teachers, community leaders, and attending events.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional.

Commitment to the mission, values, and culture of a Christian school.

Familiarity with FACTS software or another student information system is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in private or Christian schools, early childhood programs, or K–12 education.
  • Existing network in the local community, including sports leagues, preschools, or parent groups.
  • Experience with event planning or coordinating school/community events.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media outreach, or lead generation tools.
  • Experience tracking metrics and reporting on enrollment goals.
  • Ability to conduct school tours and presentations for prospective families.
  • Background in sales, fundraising, or relationship management

Our school is a State of Art Private PreK through 12th-grade private school. We are accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools / Advanc-ED and we strive to challenge our students each and every day. Students utilize a state-of-the-art computer lab and library for learning enhancement. Our students compete in a variety of academic events including Math Olympics, Creative Writing, Spelling Bees, Speech Meets, Science Fairs, and over 17 different sports teams. The early childhood division of the school bases its academic program on a weekly unit of study for academic advancement. Teachers use lesson plans to guide the delivery of information and address individual issues of advanced skill levels or areas of improvement that are needed. Parents may supplement curriculum by bringing in books, materials, or ideas related to the theme for the benefit of the class.
