Art/ Enrichment class teacher (part time)

Summary

Busy Bee Preschool looking for a fun, creative teacher to join our new Busy Bee Enrichment Studio located in Longmont. We are currently looking for someone to teach class one morning a week and one afternoon a week. We are also working on some additional programming for future classes. This is a very part time position with a set schedule. This would be a great option for moms with school aged children. (There is the possibility to bring your child with you if they are of age).

I would love to find an individual with various interests that would allow us the opportunity to offer a variety of different programs to both moms and children. (which would result in more hours ) I am very open to discussing all types of creative offerings. We are in the beginning stages of developing our programs and I am excited to put together a lot of different offerings to keep things interesting.

We are looking for a person who takes the initiative, is reliable, fun loving and detail oriented. The ideal candidate has experience in teaching children of various ages, understands the importance of good communication with both co-teachers and parents, and has a solid understanding of working as a team.

We offer smaller classes. (6-10 students per class) We are privately owned and are excited to see this program come to life.

• Ensure a healthy classroom environment
• Demonstrate highly effective organizational, time management and multitasking skills

• A strong understanding of child development.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.( or willing to obtain)
• Must clear full background check and must pass health assessment
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
