Duties

Immediate part-time Administrative Assistant position in Ocean, NJ. The position includes providing administrative, special event, social media and data entry support to the Development and Community Relations Department.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent and excellent computer skills required including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with donor databases and social media experience is a plus. Must have strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task. Must be extremely detailed oriented and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
