Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance tasks at various locations to ensure facilities are in optimal condition.
Perform inspections and repairs of plumbing, electrical systems, and structural components.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment, and supplies.
Collaborate with managers and other staff to address facility-related issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
