Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable childcare teacher who brings warmth, patience, and a positive spirit to the classroom each day. The ideal candidate has experience working with young children and thrives as part of a collaborative team that supports one another and our families.
This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves children, values connection, and approaches their work with care and professionalism.
This is a full-time position. The starting schedule is 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a one hour lunch break. As a growing program, schedules may occasionally adjust to meet program needs. Any changes would be discussed in advance and fall within our operating hours of 6:45 AM to 5:30 PM.

• Promote consistent classroom expectations and support children’s self regulation using positive, non punitive guidance.
• Knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards.
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Ability to pass required background checks per Texas childcare licensing
• Must provide at least two professional references
• CDA (Child Development Associate) credential
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual
• Experience in NAEYC-accredited or Texas Rising Star programs
• Hourly pay range is $19 to $21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
