The Boys & Girls Club of the Mountain Empire serves youth across our community by providing a safe place to learn, grow, and thrive. For many children and families, the Club is more than an after school program. It is opportunity, stability, mentorship, and hope.
We are creating a new Development Coordinator role to help fuel that mission through strong corporate partnerships, sponsorship sales, and strategic fundraising.
This is a high impact, relationship driven opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting business leaders with meaningful community investment.
What You Will Do
• Build and grow corporate sponsorship partnerships across the Bristol and Tri Cities region
• Sell event sponsorships and tables for fundraising events
• Develop ongoing revenue relationships with community business leaders
• Cultivate and steward donor relationships
• Help design and execute a clear annual fundraising strategy
This role is ideal for someone who is energized by sales, relationship building, and seeing the direct impact of their efforts on children and families.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Two to five years in sales, fundraising, business development, or similar role
