Part-Time Infant Teacher

We are seeking a caring, patient, and dependable Part-Time Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting infants’ early development and creating a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment.

Duties

1. Provide attentive, responsive care to infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months
2. Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and playtime.
3. Create a calm, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment Engage infants in sensory, motor, and early language activities
4. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom. Communicate effectively with families and team members. Follow all licensing, health, and safety guidelines
5. Model Christian values and support the academy’s mission

Requirements

1. Pass the criminal records screening
2. Minimum age 21 years with high school diploma or equivalent
3. Experience working with infants in a childcare or similar setting
4. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
5. Ability to lift, carry, and care for infants safely
6. Warm, patient, and reliable personality
