Brookwood Preschool Academy is seeking a dependable, experienced Lead Teacher for our 3-year-old classroom. The ideal candidate is confident leading a classroom independently, has strong classroom management skills, and is passionate about early childhood education in a Christ-centered environment.
Responsibilities:
Minimum 1 year teaching experience in a licensed childcare facility
Completion of Early Childhood Education Certification
Strong classroom management skills
Ability to work independently and lead a classroom
Experience writing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans
Must model a Christian lifestyle consistent with our faith-based mission
