Join a great team! We are looking for part time Sales staff to work with us instore to help people live better lives by riding bikes. Some of the things you will be doing on a daily basis to help purchase bikes and gear to get out an enjoy a bike ride -
Greeting customers, collecting information that is important to
them, make product recommendations, demonstrate the product through a test
ride, capture customer information and close the sale.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Greet customers and utilize the sales process to understand a customer's needs and ascertain the right combination of products and services for the customer.
Provide positive and excited one of a kind customer service.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
Other duties as needed / assigned.

Experience preferred working in retail sales.
Previous bike shop sales experience preferred.
Interest in working in a team environment committed to providing excellent sales and service experience while increasing sales through service
Strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain open and positive relations with employees and customers
Interest in developing own skills and knowledge
Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends
Ability to periodically lift 40 pounds
