Gethsemane Lutheran Children’s Ministry (GLCM) is currently hiring a Floater Teacher (Full Time or Part Time)

Duties

Floater Teacher – Part Time or Full Time

(Ages 6 weeks–6 years)

As a Floater Teacher, you’ll work with all age groups at GLCM, providing classroom coverage during:

• Lunch breaks
• Teacher vacations
• Sick days

This role is perfect for someone flexible, supportive, and happy to jump in wherever help is needed.

Requirements

Floater Teacher Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Experience with young children is a plus (training provided!)
• Positive attitude and flexibility
• Willingness to support different classrooms and age groups
