Gethsemane Lutheran Children’s Ministry (GLCM) is currently hiring a Preschool Teacher (Full Time)

Duties

As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll help create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where toddlers can learn, play, and thrive.

• Lead Teachers will guide the classroom, plan activities, and support overall development.
• Assistant Teachers will support the lead teacher and help bring creativity and joy to each day.

Together, you’ll inspire learning through songs, stories, art, and everyday moments.

Requirements

Preschool Teacher Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of TDPRS Minimum Standards and TRS guidelines
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification)
• CDA preferred and 3+ years of classroom experience
• A genuine love for young children and early childhood development
