Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Floater to join our team ASAP. This is a Part-Time PM position. Infant/Toddler/Preschool age children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children. As an Assistant Floater you will play a key role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students.
Duties
- Provide engaging and educational activities for children
- Manage classroom activities and promote positive behavior management
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom
Requirements
- Experience working with children
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with daycare regulations and child welfare standards
