Summary

Little Sprouts Learning Center, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3), board-run early childhood organization seeking a qualified, nurturing Infant Room Teacher to join our growing team. This position works with infants ages 6 weeks to 18 months in a warm, developmentally appropriate, and relationship-based learning environment.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a licensed childcare setting with infants (6 weeks–18 months)
  • CPR & First Aid Certification (current)
  • Medication Administration (MAT) Certification (current)
  • Ability to pass a state and federal background check
  • Strong understanding of infant development, routines, and responsive caregiving
  • Reliable, compassionate, and able to work collaboratively with a teaching team

Responsibilities Include

  • Providing attentive, nurturing care to infants
  • Supporting developmental milestones through play and daily routines
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom
  • Communicating effectively with families and staff
  • Following all state licensing regulations and center policies
