We are at a pivotal inflection point for our early childhood program – and we are looking for strong classroom leaders to help us bring our vision to life. We were recently awarded a Make Way for Me grant, and with additional funds from M&T bank, we are planning to re-open a renovated early childhood space this year. This renovation will allow MFCC to have 4 total early childcare classrooms and return to our previous capacity of 34 students. Classroom ages will be 0-12 months; 1-2 years; 2-3 years and 3-5 years old with growth and development considered before moving a child up to the next classroom. Construction will start in the coming weeks, and we anticipate opening the additional classrooms in late spring
Responsible for the daily classroom operation of your assigned classroom and age group (Infant, Toddler or Preschool) including providing high quality care and education alongside 1-2 co-teachers for up to 8 children daily in alignment with licensing ratio requirements (ages 6 weeks to approximately 5 years old) and maintaining positive collaborations with families, coworkers, service providers, and community partners.
