Preschool Lead Teacher for TOBschool

Summary

This is a full-time salaried position beginning immediately. We are seeking dynamic, dedicated educators for our preschool classroom serving children ages 30 months to 4 years. This is a 40-hour per week position, with the option to choose one of the following schedules:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Duties

• Provide a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment consistent with TOBschool’s mission.
• Prepare and implement lesson plans aligned with the preschool’s project-based learning philosophy.
• Maintain attendance and progress records accurately.
• Participate in all required staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Maintain confidentiality of all student and family information.
• Demonstrate professionalism and positive communication with students, colleagues, and families.
• Adhere to all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
• Meets all state Lead Teacher requirements
• Ability to successfully complete all required background and fingerprint checks
