The job of the service writer is to manage the service department workflow at the shop level. Running an organized and profitable service department is paramount to the success of Berkshire Bike and Board and this responsibility lies in the hands of the service writer. Properly diagnosing work that needs to be done on a customer's bike and communicating that clearly is the key to success of any great service writer.
