Our lead toddler teacher is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the classroom, while overseeing the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of the children. It is vital that the teacher have a fun, outgoing personality to be able to provide a positive and engaging atmosphere for our toddlers. Toddlers are naturally curious and often push boundaries as they are learning their place in the world. The teacher must exhibit patience, compassion, a sense of humor, and an understanding of the developmental expectations of the children. Effective communication skills with children and adults is essential to ensure the developmental needs of the children are met. These communication skills also aid in developing a good working relationship with co-teachers and resolving any parent concerns that arise.
