Williamson County School's School Age Child Care program (SACC) is currently hiring part-time child care workers at Hunters Bend Elementary School in Franklin, TN

• We are looking for people who enjoy working with elementary age children.
• Morning Shifts are Monday-Friday from 6:30-8:45 am and/ or 3:00-6:00 pm
• Flexibility with days of the week and shifts worked. 
• Responsibilities include leading activities, overseeing up to 20 children, handling basic redirection and discipline.
• Pay starts at $16.37 up to $20.06 an hour, based on experience (additional $2 an hour for morning hours)

Duties

Williamson County Schools is currently hiring before and after school child care workers across Williamson County.

Child Care Worker Responsibilities include:

• Actively supervising up to 20 children in grades K-5
• Engaging in enrichment based activities
• Assisting with snack
• Supervision on the playground
• Leading activities and games
• Providing basic first aid as needed
• Assisting with check in/ out of children
• Having fun!

Requirements

SACC Child Care workers must meet the following requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Satisfy a criminal background check
• Paid or volunteer child care experience
