We are seeking a Lead Teacher to guide our preschool classroom (ages 3–5). The Lead Teacher creates a caring, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a genuine love of working with young children.
The ideal candidate is inquisitive, observant, and reflective, with a deep respect for children and a commitment to continuous learning.
The Lead Teacher at Teeny Tiny Preschool is the driving force inside of the classroom. We are looking for a lead teacher who is inquisitive, curious, and responsive. Additionally, this teacher has the utmost reverence and respect for children and the science of early childhood education. This lead teacher is responsible for building a classroom environment that fosters growth and development for teachers and students alike. Improvisation, observation, and flexibility are the most crucial skills for this position to ensure you are prepared for the unpredictability of working with children, parents, and co-workers.
Teeny Tiny Preschool is a holistic, community-based learning center serving children ages 2 months to 5 years and their families. Inspired by a child-led and play-based approach to early learning, we have designed a unique curriculum that allows for the natural child to unfold in a stimulating and comfortable environment.
