Job Description:

We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable After-School Teacher to join our School Age Program. The ideal candidate enjoys working with elementary-age children and creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment after the school day ends.

Duties

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise and engage school-age children in a safe and positive manner
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities (games, crafts, outdoor play, homework support)
• Maintain classroom and playground safety
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Follow program policies and state licensing requirements
• Assist with snack time and daily routines

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience working with school-age children preferred
• Must be dependable, patient, and enthusiastic
• Ability to work as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent (ECE coursework a plus)
• Must meet state background check and training requirements
