Description

Summary

Instruct School-aged children in activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth needed for primary school in preschool, day care center, or other child development facility.

Duties

Monitor students during after-school program hours to ensure safety, engagement, and appropriate behavior


Supervise students during holiday breaks, school closures, and summer activities


Maintain a safe and organized environment by enforcing program rules and school policies


Assist with student check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate attendance tracking


Support students with homework, enrichment activities, and structured play


Facilitate age-appropriate activities, workshops, or group games as assigned


Provide conflict resolution and positive behavior guidance when needed


Communicate promptly and professionally with parents, guardians, and school staff regarding student concerns or incidents


Assist in preparing snacks, organizing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of program areas


Report accidents, incidents, and unusual behaviors to program leadership in accordance with policy


Collaborate with team members to plan activities, events, and supervision schedules


Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all safety, emergency, and child protection procedures

Requirements
