Established private Montessori school on the peninsula looking for a strong assistant guide to aid in classroom management and community building.
Ensuring the safety of students, overseeing and observing students, guiding the whole child: social-emotional AND educational. Being the model for what the leaders in the community should do and how they should behave. Being calm and addressing children in a calm manner in order to educate or redirect.
Light cleaning. Snack preparation.
Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent. Must be patient. Must speak clearly and slowly.
Montessori classroom experience. Montessori methodology familiarity.
After 1 year - possibility of salary. After 90 days; health insurance, vision and dental insurance, 401k with matching options, short and long term disability.
