Desert Design is looking for installers to join our busy team! We have been serving Northern Nevada with residential, commercial, multifamily and other specialty remodeling services for over 25 years. We currently have openings for carpet and vinyl installers!
Duties
Duties include but are not limited to;
- Follow company policy and industry standards for successful installations.
- Work with warehouse, sales consultants, management and fellow installers effectively.
- Track time digitally.
- Always work in a safe manner.
- Communicate concerns with appropriate team members.
- Keep a clean and tidy workspace.
Requirements
Requirements include but are not limited to;
- Have a valid driver's license and working vehicle suitable for product delivery and traveling when required.
- Have tools necessary for the trade being performed.
- Have experience in the trade being performed.
- Hands-on, mechanically inclined person with a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
Benefits
Benefits available for full time employees. Work is paid by piece.
