We are looking for an experienced and well divers Subcontract flooring installer.
10 years experience.
Experienced in proper floor preparation.
Punctual and reliable.
Good communication skills with our store and customers.
Attention to detail.
Takes pride in their work.
Removal of old flooring.
Excellent floor prep. Floor leveling, skim coating , installing different thickness of subfloors.
Installation of Sheet vinyl, Carpet, vinyl plank, vinyl tile with grout, laminate, hardwood and ceramic tile.
Installing new or existing baseboards.
Installing transition moldings.
Keeping job site neat and tidy.
Cleaning up after install.
Interacting with customers.
Clear communication with store.
Proper vehicle for getting flooring to site.
Valid drivers license.
Proper tools for installation of all flooring and trim.
10 years experience.
W.S.I.B & liability insurance.
Experience with commercial heat seam welding.
Access to an experienced helper when necessary.
Will work Weekend / Nights when necessary. ( Not very often )
