Beach Montessori is looking for strong and reliable assistant teachers for our ones, two's, and infant classrooms. Duties include but are not limited to leading activities, supervising playtime, and employing a variety of educational techniques to teach children (storytelling, educational play). Must be able to regularly communicate with parents to understand children's background and psyche in order to best help children.
A strong work ethic is a must- you must be reliable, as not just your fellow educators rely on you but also the children. Early childhood education is the foundation for healthy well-rounded children, they are our future; love, kindness, and patience are just as important as teaching boundaries, and good behavior. We use the Montessori Method to meet children's academic needs and Biblical principles to meet children's spiritual needs and encourage civic duties. We use a multi-aged classroom structure.
Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards. Must be a team player and able to collaborate with other educators.

Pay rate depends on the amount of experience and shall be discussed during a scheduled interview.
