At Carebare Daycare, we’re not just a team—we’re family! Our management team is hands-on and always ready to jump in when needed—whether it’s calming a storm, feeding a baby, giving a quick potty break, or simply lending a helping hand.

Duties

• Create and lead fun, age-appropriate activities
• Keep children safe, happy, and engaged
• Build positive relationships with kids and families
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Assist with meals, snacks, and routines
• Work as a team with co-teachers and management

Requirements

• Age 16+ (willing to train the right person)
• Must pass all background checks
• Enjoy working with children and as part of a team
• Reliable and dependable attendance

Nice To Haves

• Previous childcare or teaching experience
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Early Childhood coursework or training
• Creativity and a love for hands-on activities
• Strong communication skills
