Duties

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative lesson plans for children aged [insert age range, e.g., 3-5 years].
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
• Work closely with parents to communicate student progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and engaging curriculum.
• Maintain classroom organization and ensure a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or a CDA (Child Development Associate) Credential.
• Previous experience in a early childhood education setting is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine love for children and the ability to build trusting relationships.
• english speaking is a must
