We are looking for a warm, patient, and energetic Young Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood team. The ideal candidate understands child development, creates nurturing learning environments, and builds strong relationships with families.
Pay will really depend on prior experience and work performance.
Create a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment for young toddlers.
Plan and implement daily activities that support physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth.
Assist children with daily routines such as diapering, toileting, meals, and naps.
Observe and document developmental milestones and communicate progress to families.
Maintain a clean, organized, and child-centered classroom.
Support children in developing emerging language skills, self-help skills, and social interactions.
Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to ensure a consistent, high-quality program.
Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
High School diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous experience with infants or toddlers in a childcare setting is preferred but we will train someone who has a love for children and is willing to learn.
CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
Must be able to Pass a Finger Print back ground check
Must be willing to take required training per childcare regulations
Be dependable and present
