Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our team in providing exceptional early childhood education. This role requires a background in childcare, behavior management, and early childhood education, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development for toddlers and preschool-aged children.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing positive reinforcement strategies to guide children's actions.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the educational experience and share best practices in caregiving.
• Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and any incidents that occur within the classroom.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the daycare or preschool setting.
