Infant/Toddler Teacher

Duties

• Attend to the daily physical and emotional needs of infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, comforting, and promoting self-help skills.
• Implement Engaging Curriculum: Plan and facilitate developmentally appropriate activities that support cognitive, social-emotional, and physical growth through play and exploration.
• Ensure Safety: Maintain continuous supervision and a clean, organized, and healthy classroom environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Partner with Families: Build strong, positive relationships with parents through daily communication and regular progress updates.

Requirements

·      Minimum of 1-2 years of professional child care experience.

·      Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.

·      High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.

·      A strong understanding of child development.

Nice To Haves

•   Associate’s degree in early childhood education or related field of study with a minimum of 30 Credits in ECE preferred, but not required
