As a toddler teacher, your duties may include:
-Developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to stimulate cognitive, social, and emotional development.
-Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and play.
-Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with toddlers, parents, and colleagues.
-Observing and assessing children's progress and developmental milestones, and communicating with parents/guardians about their child's growth.
-Promoting language development, fine and gross motor skills, and independence through engaging activities and experiences.
-Managing classroom behavior and implementing positive discipline techniques when necessary.
-Collaborating with other staff members to plan and coordinate special events, field trips, and parent-teacher conferences.
-Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the classroom and materials.
-Adhering to licensing regulations, center policies, and health and safety protocols at all times.
-Continuously seeking professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in early childhood education.
-High School Diploma/ GED
-Fingerprint clearance card
-CPR and First aid training
-Minimum 6 Months- 1 Year of experience
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effectively interacting with children, parents, and colleagues
-Patience, creativity, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are also important qualities for success in this role
