Duties:
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum to promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of preschool children
- Follow engaging lesson plans that incorporate various learning styles and promote active participation
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment
- Implement behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive educational program
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a preschool or daycare setting
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices
- Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
