Toddler Teacher

Summary

We believe that the toddler years are some of the most important in a child’s development. Our program focuses on nurturing independence, curiosity, and early learning through play, exploration, and loving guidance. We are seeking a dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our passionate teaching team and help shape the next generation of learners.

Duties

• Lead age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play.
• Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment.
• Communicate daily with the administrative team.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety in line with Bright from the Start standards.
• Support social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured routines.

Requirements

• CDA or TCC in Early Childhood Education
• 2+ year experience in a licensed childcare setting
• Knowledge of child development and positive behavior strategies
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
