Toddler Teacher

Summary

We are seeking a Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our organization! This individual will plan and present age appropriate activities for children.

We're looking for energetic, fun, creative and nurturing toddler teachers for immediate hire. Our ideal candidate will be able to create, manage, and participate in a variety of learning environments and throughout activities that provide opportunities for toddlers to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning objectives.

Toddlers tend to be extremely independent, and are constantly testing the waters to push and see how far they go. We're looking for those who can offer the guidance, direction and a few gentle reminders. Toddlers strive on consistency and the attentiveness of their caregivers. It takes a patient teacher to sense these moments and always be one step ahead. With great partnership of our staff and families, our toddler room is successful in their development and reaching benching marks. Duties

Responsibilities:

• Instruct toddler-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
• Create a fun and safe learning environment
• Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
• Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
• Maintain the health and safety of all students

Full - Time position available. Salary: To Be Determined

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
