Divine Kare Learning Center is seeking a reliable and experienced Before and after school age teacher for our preschool school age student who can also be a Van Driver to join our team. As a Teacher and Van Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting Before and after school children to and from Petersburg Public schools as well Ettrick. If you have childcare experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to communicate effectively, we encourage you to apply.

******THIS IS A SPLIT SHIFT POSITION!******
Duties:
- Safely operate a van, bus or similar vehicle to transport children
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure on-time arrivals
- Assist children with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the van
- Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues to the appropriate authorities
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and helpful to passengers
Experience:
-First Aid and CPR
-Must be 18 years of age
-Complete a background check
-High School diploma or GED
-Must have a valid driver's license
- Previous experience as a Van Driver, School Bus Driver, Bus Driver, Shuttle Driver, Limousine Driver, or Delivery Driver is preferred
- Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns
- Strong communication skills to interact with passengers in a professional manner
