Duties
- Prospect and develop new client relationships in commercial construction and renovation
- Respond to bid invitations and submit detailed, competitive proposals
- Present solutions and products to architects, designers, and property managers
- Close new business and grow existing accounts
Requirements
- Act as the client’s main point of contact for our company from contract to close-out
- Coordinate with estimators, installers, and suppliers to ensure on-time and on-budget execution
- Attend job site meetings, resolve issues in real time, maintain detailed project documentation, and diligence of communication (internally and with client/contractor)
- Ensure quality control and client satisfaction at every stage of the project
- Attendance to weekly staff meetings and supplier PK training (when applicable)
- Limited duties in-store for floor coverage

✔ Ability to read blueprints, spec sheets, and manage project timelines

✔ Valid driver’s license, insurability, and willingness to travel locally
