Duties

What You'll Be Doing:.

• Prepare the classroom daily
• Connect children to the materials in the classroom
• Maintain lesson plans
• Consistently observe for growth
• Communicate with parents
• Collaborate with other staff members

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• A MACTE-recognized 3–6 Montessori certification (required)
• Someone who delights in the wonder of early childhood and values guiding children with respect and patience
• A partner who communicates well and works with warmth and positivity as part of a team
• Experience in a Montessori classroom, a caring spirit, and commitment to Montessori principles are most important
