In this role, you’ll work closely with one child, supporting their daily routines, outdoor adventures, and classroom engagement within a warm, inclusive environment. Our program values hands-on, play-based learning—rooted in nature, curiosity, and connection.

Duties
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 support to a child during classroom activities, outdoor exploration, and daily routines
- Foster independence, confidence, and joy through positive, nurturing guidance
- Help children connect with nature through sensory play, hikes, gardening, and seasonal projects
- Collaborate with teachers and families to create consistent, supportive care
- Bring positive energy, creativity, and flexibility to your classroom team each day
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience working with young children (especially in group care or 1:1 settings)
- A passion for early childhood education, outdoor learning, and inclusion
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and a big heart!
- Some college credits in Early Childhood or a related field
Nice To Haves
Nice to Haves:
- 2-3 years of experience in childcare or in a behavioral support position
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
