An Assistant Teacher is responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment; Advance children’s physical and intellectual competence; Supports each child’s social and emotional development and provide positive guidance; Establishes positive and effective family relations; Ensures an effective program; Responsive to children’s needs; Maintains professional commitment. Additionally, Assistant Teachers are responsible for working together with the entire faculty in implementing their lesson plans.

- Classroom management
- Experience working with children in a childcare or classroom setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students and colleagues
- Special education background or experience is a plus
- Ability to develop and implement lesson plans
- Understanding of early childhood education principles

- Prior experience in curriculum development or working with children with autism
