Position Overview:
We are seeking an Infant Teacher who can work with ages 6wk to 15m. The ideal candidate loves kids and Jesus.
Duties
Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing, Christ-centered classroom environment
- Develop and implement lesson plans that promote spiritual, social, emotional, and academic growth for infants
- Incorporate faith-based songs, stories, and simple biblical truths into daily activities
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Ensure the safety and well-being of every child in your care
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Prior experience teaching in a preschool setting (required)
- Ability to plan and implement lesson plans aligned with TN ELDS
- A heart for ministry and a genuine love for children
- Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset as we grow and refine our processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain)
