Summary

Providing nurturing care and education to students, focusing on their developmental needs in a safe and stimulating environment.

Duties

• Foster a learning environment that stimulates child growth and development
• Create and implement lesson plans following the curriculum
• Ensure a clean and healthy classroom atmosphere
• Ensure compliance with OCFS regulations
• Create and develop strong parent and child relationships

Requirements

• CDA certification in Infant Toddler or Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or NYS Certification (Birth through Grade 2)
• 2 years of working experience in childcare, including at least 1 year in a lead teacher role.
