Full Time Lead Infant Guide

Summary

Generations Montessori School of Charlottesville is seeking a caring and dedicated Lead Guide for our Infant Program, starting Fall 2025. As we proudly enter our 10th year serving families in the Charlottesville area, we’re looking for someone to grow with us and bring warmth, professionalism, and a love for early childhood education to our community.

Duties

Ensuring the physical safety and emotional well being of the children under 1.

Promote a positive team environment by leading with integrity, offering constructive feedback, and guiding colleagues to meet shared educational goals.

Requirements

• A passionate educator with experience working with infants (required)
• Someone who values a calm, respectful, and nurturing environment for the youngest learners

Experience with the Montessori Program

CPR/First Aid Certification

MAT trained
