- CDA, Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare center, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of childcare licensing regulations and quality standards
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must be familiar with Procare Software System
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the School Director in daily administrative and operational tasks
- Assist in supervising and mentoring teaching staff to ensure high-quality classroom practices
- Help manage enrollment, scheduling, and parent communications
- Ensure compliance with Bright from the Start, CACFP, and other regulatory guidelines
- Facilitate staff training, professional development, and performance evaluations
- Act as a role model of professionalism, leadership, and teamwork
Requirements
Qualifications:
- CDA, Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare center, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
