Experience should include:
serving large groups of children/ teacher's multiple times a day
food prep for breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks for 100-200 students/ staff per meal
must be detail orientated and experienced in working in a kitchen
-Help stock and organize delivieres
-Help complete weekly food orders through Walmart and our food company if Cook is out
- Help maintain an inventory of all kitchen supplies.
-Wash all cooking utensils and dishes after each meal
-Maintain a clean working environment including sweeping, mopping, cleaning at the end of the day
-Be responsible for cleanliness of the refrigerator, cabinets, ovens and all other parts of the kitchen including the pantry.
-Label all food with expiration dates and throw out expired or unfit food when necessary
-Maintain awareness of the allergy food list for all students
-Maintain dishwasher function by checking temperatures and cleanliness
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
Lots of lifting and bending required
