Early Learner Teacher

Summary

Responsibilities:

·       Organize and lead classroom activities designed to promote academic, physical and social development of students in preparation for Kindergarten.

·       Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use, both in learning activities and imaginative play.

·       Observe and evaluate children’s performance to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem.

·       Collaborate with other Early Childhood team members for the purpose of ensuring the overall quality of student outcomes and achievement of classroom objectives.

 

Qualifications:

·       Previous experience in an Early Childhood program.

·       Completion of CDA preferred.
