Preschool Assistant Teacher

Duties

You need to be able to:

• Able and willing to change diapers
• Able and willing to help where needed, when needed
• Able and willing to lift 20 lbs repeatedly (diaper changing, storing cots, returning lunch, etc.)
• Love and care for children
• Be flexible and a team player
• Be able to follow lesson plans
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with Parents (verbal and written)
• Keep classroom and students clean and in order.

Requirements

• MUST have at minimum a high school diploma or GED
• FUN school with AWESOME families seeking *ROCK STAR* teacher!
• *MUST be a FUN TEAM PLAYER!:) Flexibility is key. If our team doesn't love you, we need to break up NOW.
• *Desire to grow! We offer Team Building time. We also love DoorDash, dessert, and coffee! Come add your flavor to our A-Team's awesome-sauce!
• *Must LOVE kids (esp. 18 mos.-4 years)! They make us laugh:)
• *HAPPY, positive, full of good energy, and ready to grow hearts and minds! We are CHANGING LIVES!
• *Must pass all DECAL regs, bkgrd checks, and work in the U.S. legally
